The small print
On a new $0 upfront plan, the cost of the phone is included in the monthly fee over 12 or 24 months. Minimum cost on a $0 upfront plan is 12 or 24 x the monthly payment of the hanset chosen, plus usage charges. No early termination charges apply, however if your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch carriers within 24 months, you will be required to pay the remaining amount owing on your phone, if any, plus the call charges outstanding at the time of your termination.
